I am Debby Rivera and I work as a Change Management Consultant, and Visual Communication Consultant. I have worked on change management projects building awareness of the need for change. Conceptualizing and designing change awareness campaigns. Designing the documentation and training needed to support the change.
I have also gained great experience working directly with small business owners. As a designer I have worked with business owners to develop their brand, design their marketing materials, build an online business presence and helped them use the web and web-based technology more effectively. From a logo and business cards, simple one page website to custom e-commerce solution.
As team member or as an independent consultant the goal is the same…to get the job done effectively, on time and on budget.
